Gabrielle Claiborne is Co-Founder and CEO of Transformation Journeys Worldwide, an inclusion training and consulting firm with a transgender focus. For the past eight years, her firm has helped global organizations transform their environments into fully trans inclusive cultures. Some of her clients include Home Depot, UPS, Mercedes Benz, Bank of America, Royal Bank of Canada, Comcast, The Grammys, Microsoft, HubSpot, Mercedes Benz, Delta Air Lines, Papa John’s, CDC and more. As an out and active transwoman since 2010, Gabrielle serves on numerous LGBTQ+ advisory boards, including the Atlanta Mayoral LGBTQ Advisory Board, the National LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce’s Trans & Gender Expansive Initiative, the OUT Georgia Business Alliance and TGX360 Employment & Entrepreneurship Initiative, and the International LGBTQ Travel Association. She is an author, TEDx and keynote speaker whose work has been featured in Forbes, on NPR and was voted as Atlanta Pride’s 2022 Grand Marshal. As well, she was recognized as the 2019 Georgia Small Business Administration’s Small Business Champion, the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2019 Outstanding Voice for Diversity and Inclusion, and Emory University's Barkley Forum 2022 Georgia Speaker of the Year. In 2018, her firm was honored as Out Georgia Business Alliance’s Small Business of the Year and in 2019, received the Atlanta Hawk’s prestigious True Comes in All Colors award for their cutting-edge inclusion work.
