As the only Asian LGBTQ athlete worldwide holding seven ambassador roles, including Athlete Ally, Princes Trust, Stonewall, Gay Games, Asian Sports Foundation, Sporting Heritage, and MQ Mental Research, Amazin has shattered barriers and set new standards. In 2022, she made history as the first Asian LGBTQ ambassador for Sporting Heritage, MQ Mental Health Research, and The Prince's Trust, under the patronage of King Charles in the British royal family. In 2023, she became the inaugural Asian LGBTQ ambassador for the Asian Sports Foundation.

From her personal journey of overcoming homelessness to becoming one of the most influential LGBTQ advocates globally, Amazin LeThi harnesses her role as a cultural and social change leader. Collaborating with AllOut.org in 2022, Amazin led an LGBTQ sports equality campaign centered around the Qatar World Cup. In 2023, she shared her extraordinary story in her debut book, "V," published by Penguin Books in collaboration with Florence Schechter, executive director of the world's first Vagina Museum.
